A single player may have up to six Vampire, Ghouls
(you cannot play your own Ghoul), or Mortals. They may not share Clan
and Covenent (they may all be unaligned).
Experience Allowances
Neonate: 0-60 experience or less
All players are required to start with a Neonate
character. All character must be submitted to and approved by the
Requiem ST before character posting may begin. (This includes a
character description)
No more then 35% of your XP may be spent on
Disciplines and Blood Potentcy.
Mainstream: 61-160
experience or less

NEONATE FOR A TIME PERIOD OF THE REQUIEM STAFFS CHOOSING)
A mainstream character is an older and more
experienced character then a Neonate. This type of character may have
lived in the city for a long time or may have an extensive background in
another city. A player may have two Mainstream vampires.
Mainstream characters may have restricted items, but
they require a good background to explain said restricted items.
No more then 40% of your experience may be spent on
Disciplines and Blood Potentcy. The book states that your BP goes up the
longer you are alive and the more times you happen to diablerize
somebody of higher potentcy then you. This DOES NOT mean that you do not
have to spent experience to reflect this.
Elder: 161-300
experience or less
(LOOKED UNTIL THE PLAYER HAS PROOVEN THEY CAN PLAY A
MAINSTREAM FOR A TIME PERIOD OF THE REQUIEM STAFFS CHOOSING)
An Elder character is one that has established
herself within the city or has just been around for a few centuries.
Each player may have only one Elder vampire.
This type of character may have items from the
restricted list but must have an extensive background. We are not
demanding an explanation of every single dot on your character sheet,
but we do wish that you give it your all.
No more then 45% of your experience may be spent on
Disciplines or Blood Potentcy, The book states that your BP goes up the
longer you are alive and the more times you happen to diablerize
somebody of higher potentcy then you. This DOES NOT mean that you do not
have to spent experience to reflect this.

Ghouls/Mortals
Ghouls may take up to 40 points of experience
provided they have a background and a PC regnent.
We are not allowing Rogue Ghouls as PCs.
Ghouls must follow the same restrictions as the
Neonate tier listed above.
We are not restricting any items from the Ghouls
book.
